    Best tire shiner I’ve ever used This is the best tire gel I have ever used hands down. I apply it with a waxing pad to a dry tire after washing the car. A couple things to note:1. It will make your tire very shiny. Some people don’t like that much gloss and shine as opposed to say an Armor All spray. This will shine them up nice.2. Apply to a dry tire. It will even out the gel and not cause it to run when the water drips.3. Don’t drive right after applying it. Chances are some will…

    Works well when applied properly – thin coat with a car wax pad prevents “slinging” Some of one star reviews complaining about a problem with this tire gel “slinging” off the tire. I didn’t have that issue and I think it’s a application problem. Be careful to put on a thin, even coat with a car wax application pad. I use Chemical Guys application pads and keep one set aside in a plastic bag for tire sidewalls.Meguiar’s tire gel works well – far better than spray on products which I relegate to wheel wells.     Not All That This is the only of these types of products I’ve used where you have to apply it by hand.Pros – applied by hand so you are more in control of how much you use and it doesn’t glide down your wheels or stain your driveway or the street.Cons – applied by hand, a gel that can splatter if you use too much, not any more water resistant that anything else I’ve used.
